Personal Pocket Medication Card
In the event of an emergency, you may not be able to communicate critical information about your health. The personal pocket medication card is an ideal way for you to let medical providers know important health information about yourself that could help save your life.
The personal pocket medication card is easy to use. Just fill in the medication you are taking, the dosage, how often you take it, the reason you take it, and the date you started taking it. Keep this information with you in your wallet and keep it up-to-date.

Closed POD Partner Program CP3
Local corporations and institutions are encouraged to become part of the Closed POD Partner Program (CP3). CP3 allows local industry to partner with the Health Department in dispensing emergency medications to prevent employees from emerging threats. The program enhances community preparedness and resilience to biological threats and disease.
