The Broome County Department of Public Works announced today that Tunnel Road in the Town of Fenton will be closed for a culvert replacement project beginning Wednesday, October 8th at 8:00 a.m. It is anticipated that the road will reopen to traffic on Monday, October 13th.

Local traffic will be allowed to use Tunnel Road but through traffic will not. The culvert is located approximately 1.3 miles north of the NYS Route 7 intersection with Tunnel Road and .35 miles south of the Vincent Hill intersection with Tunnel Road.
