Broome County Highway Work Planned for Week of 6/17

(BROOME COUNTY, NY) – The following work is scheduled on Broome County roadways beginning Monday, June 17^th.

• Manhole repairs continue on Oakdale Road & Kattelville Road
• Culvert repairs continue on Pierce Creek Road & Murphy Road
• Paving on Big Hollow Road (weather dependent)
• Ditch cleaning and shoulder rebuilding continues on Owen Hill Road, Murphy Road, Stateline Road & Ballyhack Road
• Patching continues on Shaw Road & Hardie Road
• Reconstruction to a section of Arbutus Road
• Guide rail repairs on Colesville Road
• Striping to county and town roadways
• Mowing roadside on several county roads
