Chapter 19 of the Broome County Charter and Administrative Code sets ethics guidelines for County personnel and established the Board of the Ethics. The Board consists of three members which are appointed by the County Executive and confirmed by the County Legislature.

The current Board of Ethics members are:

• Margaret M. Coffey, Chair
• Paul M. Price, Secretary
• Michael J. Sullivan
