Dual Recovery Project

The objective of the Dual Recovery Project is to coordinate, improve and enhance treatment and ancillary services for individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, especially those with the most serious and persistent mental illness and substance use problems.  The Dual Recovery Coordinator also develops and sponsors many trainings.

Tools to Support Empowerment & Transformation

                   Thursday, July 21st – 10am till 11:30am (ZOOM)

Change can be scary! How can we help the people we work with to feel ready to make life changes that will facilitate the achievement of their goals and dreams? In this workshop, participants will learn the philosophy and foundations of the Motivational Interviewing model. Practical tools will be introduced to help people overcome barriers to personal growth and assist in promoting a vibrant recovery.
