The Binghamton Bridge Pedal followed by the Backyard Bytes & Bites will take placeon Saturday, August 25thfrom 9 am – 1 pm.
Join the family friendly fun with a police-escorted bike tour around downtown Binghamton and the river corridor areas, exploring parks, significant sites, and multiple bridges. The 2018 Binghamton Bridge Pedal features two route choices - a 10-mile leisurely ride, and a 4-mile Bridge Pedal Junior ride. Both routes start at 9am and finish at TechWorks! at 321 Water St. in Binghamton.
Following the bike ride, stick around for Backyard Bytes &Bites (approximately 11:00AM – 1:00PM).Take a tour of TechWorks!; sample locally produced foods; children 18 & under accompanied by an adult can receive a Free bike helmet supplied by the Upstate Foundation through the Kohl’s Cares Helmet Safety Program while supplies last, and more.

Day of event Registration is by cash or check at TechWorks! beginning at 8:00AM. Registration includes the bike ride, a t-shirt, touring of TechWorks!, and Backyard Bytes & Bites.
The bike rides start promptly at 9:00am, so please arrive early to TechWorks! to register and/or to pick-up your shirt.
Non-bicyclists are also invited to come out to the Backyard Bytes & Bites event at no charge.
