Broome County to Host Career Connections Event in Windsor

Broome-Tioga NAACP, Windsor Job Center, Binghamton University’s Division of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Broome-Tioga Workforce New York to Host Career Connection Series Event in Windsor

 

On Tuesday, June 13th, Broome-Tioga Workforce New York, Broome-Tioga NAACP Economic Development Committee, Binghamton University’s Division of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Broome County Leaders will host the second Career Connection Series event to assist residents in the Southern Tier in connecting with the over 2,600 diverse local job opportunities.

The event will include information on available jobs, training opportunities, and hiring opportunities with employers including:

Tradesmen International

Willow Run Foods

Maines Food Service

American Job Center (Broome-Tioga Workforce)

Broome-Tioga BOCES

Sage Truck Driving Schools

Elmira Business Institute

Handicapped Children Association

Charter Communications

And more!

 

Participants should bring a copy of their resume to this event.  If participants do not a resume, technical assistance will be provided to develop one.  

 

The event will take place on Tuesday, June 13th, 1:00pm-3:00pm at the Windsor Job Center, 106 Main Street Windsor, NY.
