Executive Fiala Elected President of New York State Association of County Executives
 
(Binghamton, NY)   Broome County Executive Barbara J. Fiala was elected President of the New York State Association of County Executives during the Fall New York State Association of Counties (NYSAC) meeting in Albany, NY. Fiala will serve a one year term as President. NYSAC is the leading advocacy organization for New York’s sixty two counties. The organization represents the issues of county officials and sponsors many educational programs.
 
“I am grateful to work with county leaders from throughout New York State and honored to serve as President of the Association of County Executives,” said Executive Fiala. “NYSAC provides a critical voice for counties in state policy making.”
