(Article 85-1) This chapter shall apply to all taxicabs, limousines, vans and/or other vehicles, utilized in the business of transporting passengers for compensation, as defined herein, which nonexclusively load or discharge passengers in the County of Broome and the taxicab drivers and operators of those vehicles.
